There’s little to no downtime after a facial filler treatment. You may experience slight bruising or swelling, which usually subsides within a few days.

How Long Do Facial Fillers Last?

The longevity of facial fillers varies depending on the type of filler used and the area being treated.

For instance, results can often be longer-lasting in areas like the cheeks or chin than the lips or under the eyes. In Canada, hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are the most commonly used type. HA fillers work to re-energize natural collagen while being slowly metabolized over time.

At Remington Laser, we use premium, non-animal origin, resorbable hyaluronic acid-based fillers that are readily dissolvable.
