Your skin needs external protection and internal nourishment to maintain skin integrity and radiance. Your dermatologist can offer personalized recommendations for your skin, but here are some general guidelines:

Always wear sunscreen: UV light can reflect and harm your skin, even on rainy days or snowy days on the slopes. So play it safe by wearing a broad-spectrum SPF of 30 or higher.
